Baby Barn Owl

Baby Barn Owl

Ardgrain Baby Barn Owl

A happy little Barn Owl from the Ardgrain site in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Ardgrain is home to a colony of wild native Barn Owls, who nest in the adjacent barns.

If you like Barn Owls, take a look at our webcam which looks out onto the same grounds used by the Barn Owls for hunting. The camera works well in twilight conditions, so captures events even after dusk. Barn Owls are shy and elusive, but the best time to see a Barn Owl on the Ardgrain Webcam is towards dusk as light begins to fall.
